Solidity 0.8.20 Release Announcement

Solidity v0.8.20 has been released, adding support for the Shanghai hard fork and making Shanghai the default target EVM version, so generated bytecode now includes PUSH0 opcodes. Developers deploying to chains that do not yet support PUSH0, such as some L2 chains, must select an appropriate EVM version or their deployments will fail. The release also adds experimental support for importing JSON ASTs via Standard JSON, which the team strongly advises against using in production pipelines. Other changes include NatSpec support for enums and structs, improvements to the via-IR pipeline, and an upgrade guide pointing to the documentation.
